Check the Element You Expect
Confirm whether boxes, skeletons, names or health displays are enabled in the current menu. These are different ESP elements. A visible health bar does not establish that a skeleton option is selected. Report which elements appear and which do not instead of describing every missing marker as a complete overlay failure.
Review Display Mode & Platform
The current product specifies Steam and windowed or borderless display mode. Compare those requirements with the running game before adjusting visual settings. Use the compatibility page for the supported environment. The supplied list does not establish support for unlisted launchers or every possible fullscreen presentation.
Inspect Distance & Appearance Controls
Max Distance Filter can limit the visual range. Distance Scaling and Distance Alpha affect presentation, while thickness, borders and colors style individual elements. Check the loaded values and the relevant visual toggle together. The settings guide explains these categories without turning screenshot values into a universal preset.
Check Team Selection & Directional Markers
The menu lists Local Team, an X-key Change Team control, and separate enemy and ally colors. Review these when markers appear unexpectedly classified or difficult to distinguish. Off-screen arrows, snaplines and direction markers are additional categories; their absence should be checked independently of the playerβs box.
Prepare a Useful Support Report
Tell ESHub Discord support which element is absent, whether the menu works, the Windows build and the current display mode. Include the relevant toggle, filter and team settings. If the entire menu is missing, use menu troubleshooting first. State whether the behavior began after an update or a setting change.
