1.5 Products and Licensing

• License Grant: Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use.
• Single-User Access: Licenses and accounts may be restricted to one user and a limited number of authorized devices.
• No Sharing: Product access, subscriptions, license keys, and accounts may not be shared unless specifically authorized.

3.3 EU Digital Content Withdrawal Rights

Consumers in the European Union may have statutory withdrawal rights. For digital content supplied immediately, those rights may be affected once performance begins where the consumer expressly requests immediate delivery and acknowledges the consequences of beginning performance.

3.4 Downtime Compensation

Services may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, security work, third-party software changes, or other circumstances.

Temporary downtime does not automatically qualify for compensation. In cases of unusually prolonged interruption, ESHUB may consider store credit, replacement access, a subscription extension, or another appropriate resolution.

3.5 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Users should attempt to resolve legitimate billing issues through ESHUB support before initiating a payment dispute where reasonably possible.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is submitted, ESHUB may provide relevant evidence to the payment provider, including transaction records, proof of product delivery, license activity, account records, and applicable Terms accepted at checkout.

Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive payment activity may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect ESHUB and its services.
