Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Policy explains the conditions that apply to refunds, store credit, cancellations, digital product delivery, downtime, payment disputes, and related purchase matters on ESHUB.
01. General Refund Policy
Digital Products and Completed Purchases
Because ESHUB provides digital products, licenses, subscriptions, and software access that may be delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once the applicable product has been delivered, activated, downloaded, accessed, or otherwise made available.
Monetary refunds to the original payment method are generally not provided after delivery or access has occurred, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
- Delivered Products: Digital products that have already been delivered or made available are generally not eligible for refund.
- Accessed or Used Products: Products that have been activated, downloaded, launched, accessed, or used are generally not eligible for refund.
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not normally issued because a customer changes their mind after completing a purchase.
- Compatibility: Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, requirements, supported platforms, and other relevant information prior to purchase.
02. Store Credit
In certain circumstances, ESHUB may choose to provide compensation in the form of store credit rather than a monetary refund.
Store credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis where circumstances reasonably justify an adjustment, exchange, or goodwill resolution.
- Technical Issues: Store credit may be considered for significant and prolonged technical problems attributable to the service.
- Incorrect Purchase: Where a customer purchases the wrong product and has not accessed or used it, an exchange or store credit may be considered.
- Goodwill Resolutions: Support may provide store credit in unusual circumstances where doing so is considered an appropriate resolution.
- No Guaranteed Entitlement: Store credit is not automatically guaranteed and may be offered at ESHUB's discretion except where otherwise required by law.
- Non-Transferable: Store credit cannot normally be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or transferred between accounts.
- Account Use: Store credit may be used toward eligible future purchases on ESHUB.
03. Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers
Consumers in the European Union may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for certain purchases.
For digital content supplied immediately, those rights may be affected once performance begins where the customer has expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged the consequences of beginning performance.
By completing an eligible purchase, you may request that delivery or access begin immediately rather than waiting until the end of any otherwise applicable withdrawal period.
Where applicable, you acknowledge that beginning delivery of digital content may affect or end your statutory withdrawal right.
04. Downtime Compensation
Digital services may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, upstream service changes, infrastructure issues, security incidents, third-party outages, or other technical circumstances.
Temporary downtime does not automatically entitle a customer to a monetary refund, store credit, subscription extension, or other form of compensation.
- Scheduled Maintenance: Compensation is generally not provided for planned maintenance or routine service work.
- Third-Party Changes: Interruptions caused by external software updates, platform changes, game updates, anti-cheat updates, hosting providers, or other third-party systems may require additional development or maintenance time.
- Short-Term Interruptions: Temporary interruptions do not normally qualify for compensation.
- Extended Outages: In cases of unusually prolonged service interruption, ESHUB may consider store credit, an extension, replacement access, or another appropriate resolution.
05. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Resolving Billing Issues
Customers should attempt to resolve legitimate billing or purchase issues through ESHUB support before initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or external payment dispute where reasonably possible.
If a payment dispute is submitted, ESHUB may provide the payment processor with relevant records necessary to respond to the dispute.
- Order and transaction records
- Proof of digital product delivery
- License activation or access records
- Relevant account activity
- Applicable Terms and Policies accepted during purchase
- Relevant support correspondence
Fraudulent or Abusive Disputes
Where a chargeback or payment dispute appears fraudulent, intentionally misleading, or abusive, ESHUB may take reasonable measures to protect its services and prevent further losses.
- Suspending or terminating the affected account
- Revoking access to associated licenses or products
- Restricting future purchases
- Providing evidence to the relevant payment provider
- Taking other reasonable fraud-prevention measures
Frequently Asked Questions
Customers should first review the applicable installation instructions and troubleshooting resources. If the issue is caused by a significant service-side problem, ESHUB may consider an appropriate resolution such as support assistance, replacement access, an extension, or store credit.
If the product has not been activated, downloaded, accessed, or used, an exchange or store credit may be considered depending on the circumstances.
No. An account restriction, suspension, or ban imposed by a third-party game or platform does not normally qualify a purchase for a refund.
Not automatically. Temporary maintenance, software updates, platform changes, or third-party interruptions are generally not grounds for a monetary refund. Extended interruptions may be reviewed individually.
No. Store credit is intended for eligible purchases through ESHUB and is generally not withdrawable, redeemable for cash, or transferable between accounts.
