Ask what happens when an account stops working
NFA means No Full Access. The buyer receives temporary access rather than ownership of the Steam account. Access can change, so the seller's warranty and replacement terms matter.
If a seller has no written replacement policy, a problem soon after purchase could be met with a version of “tough shit.” Read the terms before paying instead of assuming every seller handles claims the same way.

Most buyers hope they never need a replacement. If the account becomes invalid shortly after redemption, a defined claim process gives you a clear next step when the issue qualifies.
Defined window
Standard ESHUB account coverage lasts three hours after redemption.
Replacement path
Use the loader's Warranty button for an eligible invalid-account claim.
Stated limits
Bans, expired coverage and unused accounts are listed as exclusions.
Select Warranty inside the ESHUB account loader. The system supplies a replacement when the claim qualifies. If it displays “Manual Review Required,” create a Discord support ticket for the team to review it.
The warranty has limits
ESHUB does not guarantee how long an NFA account will remain accessible. Account reclaims, logouts and bans can occur. VAC, Community and other account bans are not covered.
The product FAQ also describes 24-hour coverage for accounts marked inactive for 15 days. Check whether that account option is currently available; it is separate from standard coverage.
NFA sellers can deliver access differently
ESHUB provides a purchased key for its account loader. The loader handles access to a supplied Steam account; direct Steam credentials are not included.
Check how another seller provides access, what happens when inventory is unavailable and whether the listing explains its replacement process. “NFA” alone does not tell you those details.

Does every NFA seller offer a warranty?
No universal policy applies. Some sellers publish replacement coverage, while others may have different or limited terms. Read the specific product listing.
Does ESHUB replace every account that fails within three hours?
Claims must meet the product's eligibility terms. Account bans and unused accounts are among the stated exclusions. Use the loader's Warranty button when an account becomes invalid during coverage.
What does “Manual Review Required” mean?
Create a Discord support ticket for review. The message does not itself approve a replacement.
Is the cheapest NFA account the best deal?
Compare price with account type, delivery method, written warranty, exclusions and how a replacement is requested.
