WARDOGS NFA Account Warranty
ESHUB's WARDOGS NFA temporary accounts include published warranty terms. See when coverage starts, how eligible replacements are requested and which problems are excluded.
Standard accounts have three hours of warranty after redemption. The product FAQ also describes a 24-hour warranty for accounts marked inactive for 15 days, when that option is available.
What does the NFA warranty cover?
NFA means No Full Access. You use a key and ESHUB loader to access a supplied WARDOGS Steam account rather than receiving ownership or Steam login credentials.
If the supplied account becomes invalid during its applicable warranty period, the loader can provide a replacement when the claim is eligible. The warranty is separate from the account's lifespan.

Standard NFA account
3 hours
The standard warranty period begins after the account is redeemed.
15-day inactive account
24 hours
The product FAQ describes this period for accounts marked inactive for 15 days. Check current availability.
How to request an eligible replacement
Open the loader
Return to the loader associated with your purchased account key.
Select Warranty
Use the Warranty button. The system checks whether the claim qualifies.
Follow the result
Eligible claims receive an automatic replacement. Manual Review Required means opening a Discord support ticket.
What the warranty excludes
Expired coverage
Accounts that become invalid after the applicable warranty period.
Account bans
VAC, Community and other account bans are not covered.
Unused accounts
Accounts not used within the applicable warranty timeframe.
Create a support ticket in ESHUB's Discord. The team will review the claim under the product terms. That message does not itself confirm that a replacement is approved.
Warranty length is not account lifespan
A three-hour warranty is the period for an eligible claim after redemption. It does not mean that access always ends after three hours or that every account is guaranteed to work for at least three hours.
NFA temporary accounts can be reclaimed, logged out, banned or otherwise become unavailable. Their lifespan is not guaranteed.
