If your account becomes invalid within its warranty period, click the Warranty button inside the account loader. The system will automatically deliver a replacement account when eligible.
If the warranty system displays "Manual Review Required", create a support ticket in our Discord and our team will review it.

The hour count displayed on an account represents the amount of time that has already been played on that Steam account. It does not represent how long you will have access to the account.
Higher-hour accounts, especially accounts above 100 played hours, tend to have more activity, progression, character levels and loot. Because they are generally more active, they may also have a greater chance of being reclaimed or becoming unavailable sooner.
Lower-hour accounts are generally less active and may provide a longer lifespan with a lower chance of being logged out. The tradeoff is that they generally contain less progression, loot and playtime.
For a balance between progression and value, our original recommendation is an account in the 50–100 or 100–150 hour range. These accounts can provide a reasonable amount of loot and character progression while remaining competitively priced.
Temporary account lifespan cannot be guaranteed. We do our best to source accounts that last, but reclaims, bans, logouts or other access changes may occur at any time.
A deferred key is not assigned to a specific account when it is purchased. Instead, the key remains valid until you use it with the loader and an eligible account is available.
When you enter a deferred key into the loader, the system will automatically claim an account if matching inventory is currently available.
If matching accounts are unavailable, your key remains active and valid. You do not need to purchase another key. It can be redeemed when new inventory becomes available.
Deferred keys can be purchased in bulk regardless of the account inventory currently available. Keys can then be redeemed as matching accounts are restocked.
We cannot provide an exact ETA for individual restocks. Inventory is typically added frequently, including new inventory on most days.
