Windows 10 or 11 is a family of versions. Press Windows + R, enter winver, and record the displayed version and build. Provide those details if support needs to check a specific setup.

Fortnite Requirements Are a Separate Layer
Epic publishes its own Fortnite system requirements. Those concern running the game; the software provider’s requirements concern its product. Check both rather than treating one list as a substitute for the other.
