Featured Products
Fortnite radar brings positional information into a compact display instead of placing every marker over the game view. Fortnite: Internal includes adjustable radar size, zoom, orientation and marker styles. This guide explains how those controls work together and how to read the display without confusing it with player ESP.

Radar vs Player ESP
Radar organizes positions in a separate panel. Player ESP places information over characters in the main view. A radar marker shows a position within the panel; a skeleton or label follows the player on screen.
The two displays have different jobs. Use ESP & Wallhack for character overlays and this guide for the positional panel.
Orientation & Marker Controls
North-Up vs Player-Up
North-up keeps the display aligned to a fixed map direction. Player-up uses the player’s facing direction as the reference. Choose the orientation you can interpret consistently before judging marker movement.
Dots, Arrows or Both
The listed styles are Dots, Arrows and Both. Dot and arrow size, color and opacity have separate controls. A larger marker is easier to notice but can overlap nearby markers.
Size, Zoom & Maximum Distance
Radar Size changes the panel’s dimensions. Zoom changes its scale, while maximum distance limits the range represented. Distance units can be meters or feet.
Shape & Screen Position
Circle, Square, Corner and Border-only shapes are listed. X/Y position and Draggable or Fixed Position modes control placement rather than the underlying target information.
Transparency, Grid & Threat Highlight
Transparency and distance fading change how strongly the panel and markers stand out. Show Grid and Rotating Compass provide reference cues. Threat Highlight and Threat Distance add a separate distance-related emphasis.
Read marker position first, then consider styling. Bright colors or large markers do not replace the need to understand orientation and range.
Loot on Radar
Show Loot On Radar brings item information into the panel. If loot overwhelms player markers, review the world-item display and filters separately. The Loot ESP guide covers rarity, tier, item categories and display limits.
A Readability Checklist
Review the panel in a consistent order:
- Confirm whether the orientation is North-up or Player-up.
- Check maximum distance and the selected units.
- Adjust panel size and zoom separately.
- Choose dots, arrows or both before changing colors.
- Check the radar hotkey and loaded profile if the panel disappears.
Continue with Config & Settings for profile and hotkey controls.
