Fortnite Silent Aim is an aiming mode intended to change shot targeting without the same visible crosshair movement as conventional aim assistance. Fortnite: Internal lists Memory and Silent as separate aim types. This guide explains the distinction and the targeting settings to review alongside your selected mode.

This is the general product showcase, rather than a dedicated demonstration of every Silent Aim setting.

What Is Silent Aim in Fortnite?

Silent Aim generally describes shot targeting that does not rely on visibly steering the crosshair toward an opponent in the same way as ordinary aim assistance. The term describes an aiming approach; it does not establish identical behavior across different products.

It also does not mean the software is invisible to anti-cheat, spectators or other players. The word “silent” should not be treated as a safety guarantee.

Silent Aim vs Memory Aim

Memory Aim

Memory Aim is the alternative targeting mode named in the supplied Fortnite: Internal feature list. For smoothing, prediction and target tracking, see the Aimbot & Memory Aim guide.

Silent Aim

Silent Aim is selected as its own aim type. Review which settings remain available after switching modes rather than assuming that every control behaves identically in both.

Targeting Controls in the Combat Menu

The supplied feature list includes the following combat controls. Their availability and effect in a particular aim mode should be checked in the current menu.

Hitbox Selection

Head, Neck, Pelvis and Random are listed target-point choices. A hitbox choice concerns where targeting is directed; it is separate from the size of the targeting region.

FOV & Targeting Region

The aim FOV has an adjustable radius and an optional circle. The displayed circle represents the targeting region; its color and appearance settings are visual controls.

Target Filters

Ignore Knocked Players and Ignore Teammates are listed alongside Aim When Holding Weapon. These conditions concern which targets or situations qualify.

Visibility Checks

The combat list includes Visibility Check with Balanced, Fast, Accurate and Safe Mode presets. Those are visibility labels, rather than promises about anti-cheat protection.

Keep Shot Targeting Separate from Automatic Firing

Aiming and firing are separate functions. Silent Aim concerns shot targeting; Triggerbot concerns automatic firing under its configured conditions.

Likewise, Bullet TP is a separate feature topic. Similar terminology does not prove that two features use the same implementation or share the same controls.

Read the Menu Without Confusing Visuals & Targeting

Target Line and Show Target Name help identify a selected opponent. Player ESP supplies broader visual information. Changing an ESP style is different from changing an aim type or target filter.

For profiles and hotkeys, continue with the Config & Settings guide. Follow the current product instructions for exact mode-specific behavior.

Fortnite Silent Aim FAQ

Does Fortnite: Internal list Silent Aim?

Yes. The supplied feature list names Memory and Silent as separate aimbot types.

Is Silent Aim the same as Memory Aim?

No. They are separate modes. Silent Aim terminology generally concerns shot targeting without conventional visible crosshair steering.

Does Silent Aim automatically fire?

Do not assume that from the name. Triggerbot is the separate firing feature in the supplied list.

Do all combat settings apply identically to both modes?

The supplied list does not establish that. Check the settings available in your selected mode and the current instructions.

Does “silent” mean undetectable?

No. The name is not a guarantee about detection or account safety. See the cheat safety guide.
