Fortnite aimbot settings determine how aim assistance selects and follows an opponent. Smoothing, prediction, hitbox selection and visibility checks affect different parts of that process. Fortnite: Internal includes Memory and Silent aim modes alongside configurable targeting controls. This guide focuses on Memory Aim and explains the settings you will encounter in the combat menu.

What Is Memory Aim in Fortnite?

Memory Aim is the Memory targeting mode in Fortnite: Internal's combat menu. Its controls include smoothing, prediction, selectable hitboxes and target filters. These options define which opponents qualify and how the aim assistance responds during an encounter.

A target point, a targeting region and a visibility condition serve different purposes. Selecting Head changes the point being targeted. Adjusting FOV changes the targeting region. Enabling Visibility Check adds a separate condition for target eligibility.

Fortnite: Internal also includes a separate Silent mode. Explore the Silent Aim guide for that feature, or the Fortnite Internal overview for the broader package.

The Main Aimbot Controls Explained

Smoothing & Tracking

The smoothing toggle and Smooth Scale control the transition toward a selected target. This concerns aim movement; target filters and visibility checks determine which opponents qualify. Smoothing does not guarantee protection from detection.

Prediction

Prediction and Prediction Scale provide adjustments for moving targets. Their usefulness depends on the weapon and its projectile behavior. Prediction addresses movement, while smoothing controls the transition toward the target.

Hitbox Selection

Available choices include Head, Neck, Pelvis and Random. Hitbox selection changes the target point. It operates separately from the FOV radius, visibility presets and teammate filters.

Target Filters

Ignore Knocked and Ignore Teammates exclude those groups from targeting. Aim When Holding Weapon adds a weapon-related condition. Target Line and Show Target Name identify the selected opponent.

Aim FOV: Targeting Area & Visual Indicator

The aim FOV radius defines the targeting region, while the optional circle displays that region on screen. The circle can be customized with different styles, colors and effects. These appearance settings change the indicator rather than replacing the targeting controls.

A FOV circle is also separate from Fortnite ESP and wallhack. ESP shows information about players; the aim circle represents the region used by the aim configuration. Radar provides another visual format for positional information.

Visibility Checks Around Builds & Terrain

Fortnite encounters can change quickly as players move behind terrain or place builds. Visibility Check adds a condition to targeting, with presets labelled Balanced, Fast (Relaxed), Accurate (Strict) and Safe Mode.

These are visibility presets. The Safe Mode label does not establish anti-cheat safety or eliminate ban risk. For the distinction between feature settings and detection claims, see the Fortnite cheat safety guide.

Aimbot, Silent Aim & Triggerbot

Memory and Silent are separate aim types in Fortnite: Internal. Triggerbot has its own firing controls, including delay, maximum distance and a Shotgun Only option. Aim behavior and automatic firing therefore have separate settings.

Read the Fortnite Triggerbot guide for firing controls, the Silent Aim guide for the alternative aim mode, or the Recoil Control guide for weapon-kick features.
