Best Cheats for Extraction Shooters – Waste The Fallen Guide

Why Extraction Shooters Are Perfect for Cheating

Extraction shooters like Waste The Fallen are uniquely suited for cheating. The high-stakes PvPvE gameplay — where players descend into hostile zones to fight grotesque Fallen creatures and rival Deviants for rare loot — creates immense pressure. Every run is a gamble, and the deeper you push, the better the rewards — but the greater the threat .

In this environment, information is power. Knowing where enemies are, where the best loot is hidden, and how to manage your Sanity can mean the difference between extracting with rare items and losing everything. This guide covers the best cheats for extraction shooters — and how they give you the edge in Waste The Fallen.

ESP (Extra Sensory Perception) is the most essential cheat for extraction shooters. It shows you enemies, creatures, and threats through walls — giving you full situational awareness.

• Player ESP: See rival Deviants through walls — track their position, distance, and movement.
• Creature ESP: Track grotesque Fallen creatures before they ambush you.
• Threat Detection: Visual warnings when enemies are aiming at you.
• Health & Distance: See exact health values, Bio-Arm levels, and distance of every enemy.

Why you need it: In Waste The Fallen's dark, hostile environment, knowing where threats are before they know you exist is survival 101.

Loot ESP shows you weapons, materials, and rare items through walls. In extraction shooters, loot is everything — and speed matters.

• Weapons ESP: See weapon names, ammo count, and rarity through walls.
• Materials ESP: Spot crafting materials and Bio-Arm upgrade components.
• Rare Finds: Highlight high-value and rare loot with special glow effects.
• Color Coding: Common (grey), uncommon (green), rare (blue), epic (purple), legendary (gold).

Why you need it: Every second in the Deep is dangerous. Loot ESP shows you exactly where to go — less wandering, more extracting with the best gear.

Aimbot automatically locks your weapons onto enemies — whether they're Fallen creatures or rival Deviants. It's the ultimate combat advantage.

• Silent Aim: Hits targets without your crosshair moving — looks completely natural.
• PSilent Aim: Designed for streamers — looks normal on stream, lands with perfect accuracy.
• Rage Mode: Full dominance — clear the lobby instantly.
• Humanized Settings: Smooth aim (70-80%), small FOV (5-10°) — stay undetected.

Why you need it: Win every firefight. Never lose a 1v1 against Deviants or Fallen creatures. Extract with confidence.

Sanity ESP tracks your Sanity meter in real-time — the game's signature psychological horror system . As your Sanity drops, hallucinations and visual distortion kick in . The world feels "wrong," and the horror becomes something you feel, not just see .

• Live Sanity Percentage: Exact Sanity value displayed on your HUD.
• Early Warning System: Visual and audio cues when Sanity drops below user-defined thresholds .
• Horror Stage Indicator: See which stage of Sanity-induced horror you're in.
• Teammate Sanity Tracking: See your squadmates' Sanity levels too.

Premium Only: Sanity ESP is a Premium-exclusive feature due to its advanced memory tracking.

Radar Hack reveals all enemies on your minimap and full map. See threats anywhere in the zone — not just nearby.

• Minimap Enemy Dots: All enemies appear as dots — Deviants in red, Fallen creatures in purple.
• Movement Direction: See enemy movement direction on the map.
• Distance Tracking: See exact distance to every enemy.
• Enemy Type Filter: Show only players, only creatures, or both.

Why you need it: ESP shows enemies nearby. Radar shows threats across the entire zone. Use both for complete domination.

The Bottom Line

Extraction shooters like Waste The Fallen are brutal. The Deep wants you dead, the Sanity system wants you broken, and rival Deviants want your loot. Cheats give you the edge you need to survive.

From ESP and Aimbot to Loot ESP and Sanity tracking, the right cheats transform your experience — helping you extract with the best gear, dominate firefights, and actually enjoy the game.
